The lettings process typically begins with a property appraisal and discussion on your goals and timelines. We then get into the details of making sure your property is fully compliant and staged, before we let our photographers and videographers do their magic.
Viewings are conducted either one on one or in group Open Days, ensuring we have a personal connection with the applicants.
Once an offer has been made, we do a slight vetting process to ensure the offer is valid. Upon acceptance of the offer, a full referece, AML employment and income check is conducted.
Lastly, once all that is in place, we draft the tenancy agreement and get both parties to sign, making sure to serve all the appropriate documents and notices as governed by law.
Viewings can be arranged by contacting our team directly, or through the property portal page or through our website. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability. Our agents will guide you through the property and answer any questions you may have.
Our rates are bespoke and subject to your needs but typically we offer 15% for tenant sourcing and 10% for management.

Referencing is a process to verify an applicant's identity, credit history, and rental history. This ensures that they are a suitable tenant for the property. It typically involves background checks and income verification. Its situation dependant but the referencing process can be light or deep depending on the need. We do full AML and PEP and sanction checks in addition to the above.
